Well over 12,000 sales force members attended the meeting where Channel:1 provided its web-hosted, real-time feedback measurement and reporting solution via both a loaned handheld device and via a web portal accessible by attendees’ personal web-enabled PDAs, smartphones, or laptops.
Channel:1 worked with its client to ensure the new meeting logistics operated seamlessly with the feedback evaluation and measurement solution. Rather than conducting meeting in the traditional multiple week format to accommodate the global regions, this event brought together the entire global sales team for one week in the same location. With a choice of access opportunities,the client’s sales force provided anonymous session and speaker feedback by completing surveys that were wirelessly accessible via loaned handheld devices, or their personal web-enabled PDAs / Smartphones or laptops. The feedback data was transmitted back to Channel:1’s secured data portal for immediate analysis and reporting.

50 conference.
Wilton, CT, March 22, 2006—Channel:1 successfully deployed mhip on approximately 5,500 GSM PDAs at the annual partner meeting of a Fortune 50 technology company. For the 4th year, the client’s attendees used mhip to access up-to-the-minute conference related information, logistics, agendas and maps. Attendees also used their mhip devices to communicate with other attendees, partners and conference sponsors. The client’s management team leveraged mhip's polling and measurement functionality this year, thereby receiving all conference evaluations, instant polls and attendee feedback in real-time. The client’s event team will review, along with the executive management, the cumulative results via mhip's Web Reporting Portal and using the information to improve the attendee experience throughout the conference and for the 2007 Conference.
